Our centre was established on October 23^rd, 2020 (by the legislation published in the Official Gazette numbered 31283) under the guidance of the Presidency of Strategy and Budget, General Directorate of “COMCEC” and International Development Cooperation. The centre is considered to be a good example of the public-private sector-university-NGO partnership.
