Prof. Barış Alpaslan, presented his paper titled "Gender Inequality, Social Capital, And Economic Growth in Turkey" as a visiting professor at the Tohoku University under the Sakura Science Exchange Program organized by the Japan International Science and Technology Agency (JST).
